Michael Schumacher has reportedly been moved from an intensive care unit to a rehabilitation ward as he continues to be treated for severe brain injuries.
The seven-time Formula 1 world champion has been in hospital since late December after hitting his head during a skiing accident at the French resort of Meribel.
The German was placed in a medically-induced coma in early January and now according to German magazine Bunte, Schumacher is 'out of danger'.
His hopes of making a full recovery are slim, according to the report, but he has been switched from the intensive care unit to a rehab ward in the Grenoble hospital.
There is still no official update on the driver's overall progress, but it has been suggested that he is clinically awake but currently unable to move or speak.
