Nottingham Forest's Henri Lansbury given six-month ban from driving

Nottingham Forest midfielder Henri Lansbury is given a six-month driving ban after being caught speeding at 115mph.

Nottingham Forest midfielder Henri Lansbury has been banned from driving for six months after being caught speeding at 115mph on the A1.

The former Arsenal man appeared at Peterborough Magistrates' Court this morning where he said he was "sorry" for his offence, according to The Nottingham Post.

It is the second time the 24-year-old has been caught speeding since he bought a Bentley Continental GT last September.

He has been banned for six months, given six points on his licence and was ordered to pay a £1,500 fine, a £120 victim surcharge and £85 in court costs.

Lansbury made 40 appearances for Forest last season, scoring 11 goals.
