Microsoft in talks with Real Madrid over Bernadeu naming rights

American computer company Microsoft confirm that they are in talks with Real Madrid over stadium naming rights.

Microsoft have confirmed that they are in talks with Real Madrid over the naming rights for the Spanish giants' home ground the Santiago Bernabeu.

Reports emerged last month claiming that the technology company were keen to secure a deal with Madrid ahead of the stadium's renovation.

"We are talking," Maria Garana told Antena 3. "We have an excellent relationship with Real Madrid and in fact recently we signed an agreement with its [charity] foundation.

"They have proposed to us, and to other companies, renaming the stadium, but we are only talking about this possibility."

Emirates Airlines are another company said to be speaking with Madrid with regards to naming rights.
