Real Madrid forward Cristiano Ronaldo has purchased an £11.8m apartment on Fifth Avenue in New York.
The Portuguese international, who has been linked with a move to the MLS once his contract with the La Liga side expires, bought the property in Trump Tower, which is the 57th tallest skyscraper in Manhattan.
According to the New York Post, the building was described as "one of the most distinctive buildings in the world" on the property listing.
Ronaldo has a number of homes, including one in Cheshire which is rented by Manchester United defender Luke Shaw.
