Mark Selby will have to beat world champion Ronnie O'Sullivan if he is to retain his Masters crown in 2014.
O'Sullivan booked his place in Sunday's final at Alexandra Palace by beating Scotland's Stephen Maguire 6-2 on Saturday evening.
Maguire won the opening frame with a break of 98 before O'Sullivan reeled off five straight frames to put himself firmly in control.
Earlier on Saturday, Selby saw off Shaun Murphy 6-1 in the other semi-final.
Selby and O'Sullivan have twice met before in Masters finals. 'The Rocket' won 10-8 in 2009, while 'The Jester' emerged victorious 10-9 a year later after fighting back from 9-6 behind.
