Triathlete Jonathan Brownlee has admitted that he is "used to" trailing brother Alistair Brownlee following Thursday's Commonwealth Games event.
Alistair won gold in Motherwell, with Jonathan finishing 11 seconds behind his sibling to claim silver.
However, Jonathan is confident that his time will come.
"Yeah a little bit, I'm used to it now though. I'm a guy who is used to coming second or third," Jonathan told reporters at a press conference.
"I see what Alistair does day-in day-out and I see how good he is so coming to these events I know what form he is in, which is different to everyone else.
"Hopefully my time will come. He is getting older now and a little bit greyer so hopefully in a few years' time I will be there. I like to think I am getting closer."
South Africa's Richard Murray took bronze.
