Former Great Britain skeleton gold medal winner Amy Williams has revealed that she has been impressed with Sochi Winter Olympics 2014 hopeful Lizzy Yarnold's speed in practice.
Yarnold, who has been part of the national squad since 2010, has set the fastest time in four of the five practice runs, with the most recent one seeing her go 0.4s faster than anyone else.
Just seen time sheet from last day of skeleton training. Great to see @TheYarnold 0.4secs faster than anyone. Keep calm & consistent Lizzy x
