Mo Farah has admitted that the chance to record another historic double is driving him on ahead of the 10,000m final at the World Championships in Beijing.
The double Olympic champion is looking to defend the titles he won in Moscow two years ago, and he will target his first gold when the 10,000m gets underway in the second session on Saturday.
"No-one has done it and it would be amazing to make history," the 32-year-old, who claimed gold in the 5,000m and 10,000m at the London Olympics, told reporters.
"To win both from Moscow to here would be incredible. It's not going to be easy but it can happen."
The 5,000m heats take place on Wednesday before the final on August 29, and Farah will be targeting a third successive world title in the event.
