David Price could defend his British heavyweight title against Dereck Chisora after the European belt holder was named as his mandatory challenger.
The British Boxing Board of Control have set a November deadline for a bout between the two to be agreed, although it is uncertain whether the encounter will go ahead.
Chisora recently won the European title after stopping Edmund Gerber inside five rounds, which has taken him closer to a shot at a world title.
Price is coming off the back of two defeats to American Tony Thompson and is currently scouting for his next opponent, but a domestic showdown with Chisora could potentially be held back until 2014.
