Sheffield's Jack Haslam has stormed to the men's 1m title at the National Diving Championships in Plymouth this afternoon.

The 19-year-old, who made his senior debut last year, finished fifth in the prelims session this morning with a score of 315.15 but posted significant gains in five of his six dives in the final session for a total score of 396.10.
In second place was Irish guest competitor Oliver Dingley with a score of 388.70, followed by Jamaica's Yona Knight-Wisdom on 377.30.
