Craig Storie signs new Aberdeen deal

Twenty-year-old midfielder Craig Storie signs a new deal with Aberdeen that runs until the summer of 2018.

Aberdeen have confirmed that Craig Storie has signed a new contract at Pittodrie.

The 20-year-old made his senior debut in 2013, but his progression since then has been hampered by injury.

However, having recently returned to fitness, the midfielder has committed himself to the Scottish Premiership club until 2018.

"We've always been aware of Craig's ability and he's really taken his chance in recent weeks when asked," manager Derek McInnes told the club's official website.

"He loves it here at Pittodrie and it wasn't a hard decision for him to agree to stay on for a further two years during which I'm sure he'll have a big part to play."

Storie has made six appearances for the Dons this season.
