AC Milan coach Masimilliano Allegri has revealed that he will not rush striker Alexandre Pato back from injury.
The 22-year-old has been sidelined for the last month after suffering a thigh problem during Milan's 1-1 draw with Udinese.
Reports had suggested that the Brazilian could make a return in tomorrow's Champions League tie with BATE Borisov, but Allegri has remained coy on Pato's chances of featuring.
"Pato is much better, but it is a situation which has to be assessed day by day, and with injuries like this it's better to be careful," he told the club's official website.
Allegri also confirmed that Thiago Silva and Clarence Seedorf are rated doubtful for the match with BATE.
