Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has included wantaway midfielder Andrey Arshavin in his 25-man squad for their Champions League campaign this season.
Arshavin's future at the Emirates has been under doubt all summer and recent reports suggested that the Russia international could be let go for free.
Striker Marouane Chamakh too is part of the Gunners' squad for their European adventure this campaign.
The 28-year-old has struggled to adapt to life in the Premier League since his move from French club Bordeaux in 2010 and has not featured in any of Arsenal's three Premier League games so far this term.
Arsenal have been drawn against Montpellier, Olympiakos and Schalke in Group B in the Champions League.
