Arsene Wenger confirms Arsenal stay

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger confirms that he will stay with the club following their 3-2 victory over Hull City in the FA Cup final.

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has confirmed that he will stay at the club following their victory over Hull City in the FA Cup final.

The Gunners ended their nine-year wait for a major trophy as they defeated the Tigers at Wembley, but they were forced to come behind from 2-0 down to secure a 3-2 win thanks to Aaron Ramsey's strike in extra time.

The Frenchman revealed that he will remain at the club ending speculation over his future at the Emirates Stadium.

Wenger told ITV Sport: "I always said my future doesn't depend on this but I wanted to wait and see how it goes. Yes, I will [stay]."

Arsenal also secured Champions League football for next season with a fourth-place finish in the Premier League.
