Former Arsenal forward Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has reportedly been involved in his first Barcelona training session today following his move to Spain.

Former Arsenal forward Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has had his first official training session with Barcelona, according to a report.

The former Gunners club captain flew to Spain yesterday in order to secure a deadline day move, and while it has not been made official yet, the Premier League outfit have confirmed he has departed.

According to Sky Sports News, the 32-year-old has today been involved in his first training session with Barcelona, getting to interact with his new teammates ahead of his potential debut.

Aubameyang has not played a game since December 6, and his time came to end in unfortunate circumstances with Arsenal after he was stripped of his armband due to off-the-field situations.

It is understood that the La Liga side are not going to be presenting the striker until Wednesday when the deal is going to be officially confirmed.

Barcelona are next in action on Sunday as they face Atletico Madrid in a La Liga fixture, which could see Aubameyang make his debut.
