Arsenal and Liverpool have reportedly both made offers for Marco Asensio with a view to potentially signing the Real Madrid attacker on a free transfer next summer.
The Spain international's current deal at Bernabeu is due to expire in June 2023, and there has recently been speculation surrounding his future in Madrid.
A recent report claimed that Los Blancos are preparing to enter into contract discussions with the attacker, but he could be pushed down the pecking order this summer if the club sign both Paris Saint-Germain's Kylian Mbappe and Borussia Dortmund's Erling Braut Haaland.
According to Spanish journalist Eduardo Inda, Asensio has two offers from the Premier League, with Arsenal and Liverpool both making contact in recent weeks.
Inda claims that the Premier League duo are prepared to offer 50% more than Real Madrid when it comes to a potential new deal for the 26-year-old.
Asensio has been an important player for Carlo Ancelotti's side during the 2021-22 campaign, making 28 appearances in all competitions, contributing nine goals and one assist in the process.
