Report: Arsenal to sign Olympiacos goalkeeper Roberto Jimenez Gago

Arsenal are reportedly interested in signing Olympiacos goalkeeper Roberto Martinez Gago, despite signing Petr Cech from Chelsea this summer.

Arsenal are reportedly interested in signing Olympiacos goalkeeper Roberto Jimenez Gago.

The Gunners, whose only signing so far this summer is former Chelsea keeper Petr Cech, are rumoured to be looking for extra cover for the position following the Arsene Wenger's decision to loan out Wojciech Szczesny and Emiliano Martinez.

Italian news outlet TuttoMercatoWeb reports that Arsenal are interested in making a move for the 29-year-old former Atletico Madrid goalkeeper.

The Spaniard, who is also linked with a move to Liverpool by the website, has made 61 league appearances for the Greek side.
