Belgian winger Eden Hazard is reportedly preparing to stay at Real Madrid and see out the remainder of his contract.
The 31-year-old, who is under contract at the Santiago Bernabeu until June 2024, has struggled to cement his place as a first-team regular this season, starting only eight of his 17 appearances in all competitions.
According to Marca, Hazard is unhappy with his game time under Carlo Ancelotti and believes the extra hours that he has put in on the training field and in the gym should be rewarded with more minutes in the first team.
However, the report adds that the Belgium international is determined to fight for his place, and he and his family are settled in Madrid.
Hazard has been linked with a move away from Los Blancos, with Premier League trio Arsenal, Newcastle United and former club Chelsea all believed to be monitoring his situation, but the winger currently has no intentions of leaving the Bernabeu.
Since switching West London for the Spanish capital in 2019, Hazard has made 65 appearances across all tournaments for Real Madrid, scoring only six goals and registering 10 assists.
