Leeds United are reportedly interested in signing Inter Milan forward Joaquin Correa this summer.
The 27-year-old only joined the Nerazzurri from Lazio this time last year on an initial loan deal which included a €25m (£21m) obligation to buy this summer.
Correra scored just six times in 36 appearances across all competitions in 2021-22 and it is thought that Inter are open to selling the Argentina international to balance their books.
According to Gazzeta dello Sport, via interlive.it, Leeds have identified Correa as a potential replacement for Barcelona-bound Raphinha, who is closing in on a €58m (£49.2m) transfer to Camp Nou.
The report adds that Inter are unwilling to make a loss on the forward and will only entertain offers in excess of £21m.
Leeds have recently been frustrated in their pursuit of Club Brugge attacker Charles De Ketelaere, who is favouring a move to AC Milan even though the Whites have offered of around £29.7m for the Belgian.
Jesse Marsch may now turn his attention to Correa, who recorded 30 goals and 18 assists in 117 appearances for Lazio during his three-year spell with the club between 2018 and 2021.
Newcastle United and Arsenal have also been credited with an interest in Correa, who has three years remaining on his contract at San Siro.
