Aston Villa manager Tim Sherwood has insisted that something would be "seriously wrong" if his players did not feel under any pressure.
In relegation battles of years gone by, bosses have tended to try to deflect the attention from their players, believing that it will boost their chances of survival.
However, despite his side being second from bottom in the Premier League, Sherwood has stressed that his team should feel the pressure.
"The pressure should be on them already. If they are not feeling the pressure being second bottom of the league, playing for a massive club like Aston Villa, then something is seriously wrong," he told reporters.
Sherwood's men take on West Bromwich Albion at Villa Park tomorrow night.
