Atletico Madrid coach Diego Simeone has revealed that he is open to doing more business before the January transfer window closes.
Simeone has already signed Fernando Torres from AC Milan in a deal that saw out-of-favour striker Alessio Cerci move the other way.
Villarreal ace Cani also joined the reigning Spanish champions on a six-month loan, but the Argentine coach says that he remains in the market for further reinforcements.
"I won't rule out any more signings or sales," he told reporters following Atletico's 3-1 defeat to Barcelona at Camp Nou on Sunday.
"I'm only focusing on the players who want to be here and are excited to compete at Atletico, with strength, energy and enthusiasm. When the market closes, we'll be happy to close this issue."
Sunday's setback at Barcelona left Simeone's side third in La Liga and four points behind leaders Real Madrid.
