Barcelona injury, suspension list vs. Sevilla

Sports Mole rounds up Barcelona's latest injury and suspension news ahead of Friday's La Liga fixture against Sevilla.

Barcelona will be looking to make it four La Liga victories in a row when they travel to Sevilla on Friday.

The Spanish champions have beaten Mallorca and Leganes since the return of Spain's top flight earlier this month, which has allowed them to consolidate their spot at the top of the table.

Real Madrid will have the chance to cut the gap back to two points on Thursday evening, though, meaning that the pressure will be back on the leaders as they prepare to head to the Estadio Ramon.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up Barca's latest injury and suspension news ahead of the clash with Sevilla, who currently sit third in the table as they chase down a Champions League finish.

Status: Out
Type of injury: Hamstring
Possible return date: Unknown

Dembele has struggled with injuries throughout the season, making just five La Liga appearances and nine in all competitions. The Frenchman has been out with his latest hamstring issue since the end of November, and he will not be able to return for the Catalan giants until the 2020-21 campaign.

BARCELONA'S SUSPENSION LIST

Barca have no suspension issues heading into the match, with Jordi Alba serving his one-game ban against Leganes, making him available for Friday's contest at the Estadio Ramon.
