Barcelona to meet exit clause of Paris Saint Germain forward Neymar?

Barcelona are reportedly prepared to secure a reunion with Neymar in the summer by meeting a designated release clause for the Paris Saint-Germain forward.

Barcelona have reportedly indicated that they are ready to secure a reunion with Neymar in the summer.

The Catalan giants sold the forward to Paris Saint-Germain in 2017, but the Brazil international has frequently been linked with an exit from the Ligue 1 side.

Real Madrid had appeared to be the player's most likely destination, but according to Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona are prepared to make a move for the 26-year-old.

The report claims that the Spanish champions are ready to pay €220m (£193.2m) - the same fee that they received last year - for a transfer to go through at the end of the campaign.

Neymar is said to have an agreement in place with PSG owner Nasser Al-Khelaifi, who is prepared to give the green light to the sale of the club's biggest asset.

The attacker has scored 39 goals from 40 appearances for PSG in all competitions.
