Bolton Wanderers manager Owen Coyle has confirmed that Fabrice Muamba was well enough to watch highlights of the Trotters' victory over Blackburn Rovers at the weekend.
The 23-year-old midfielder has made significant steps in his recovery from a cardiac arrest, suffered during the abandoned FA Cup match with Tottenham Hotspur last weekend.
"Fabrice was able to watch on Sunday morning the highlights of the game," said Coyle. "He was pleased we won, though he fell asleep when the score was 2-0."
Bolton will face Spurs for the rearranged FA Cup clash at White Hart Lane tomorrow.
