Premier League newcomers Bournemouth have signed forward Lee Tomlin from Middlesbrough on a three-year contract.
The 26-year-old arrives at Dean Court for an undisclosed fee that is understood to be around £3m.
Tomlin scored 10 goals in 50 games for Boro last season after joining the club from Peterborough United.
"Lee is a player who we are excited about and will get fans off their seats," Cherries chief executive Neill Blake told the club's official website.
"The promotion race in the Championship last season was incredibly competitive and Lee was a key figure in a Middlesbrough side who went very close to going up. We believe he is ready to make the step up and look forward to seeing him play in the Premier League."
Bournemouth start the new season at home to Aston Villa on Saturday.
