Preview: Brazil vs. Spain

Sports Mole previews Sunday's Confederations Cup final between Brazil and Spain.

Brazil will be looking to win the Confederations Cup for the fourth time when they take on Spain in the Maracana on Sunday.

The hosts, who won the trophy in 1997, 2005 and 2009, reached the final courtesy of their 2-1 win over Uruguay in the semi-finals.

Spain secured their place in the final by beating Italy in a penalty shootout on Thursday evening.

The world and European champions are yet to win the Confederations Cup but they have improved on the third-placed finish they achieved in South Africa four years ago.

Brazil coach Luiz Felipe Scolari could name the same XI which beat Uruguay, with Fred and Paulinho retaining their places in the team.

Vicente del Bosque may be tempted into making changes to his Spain side after their extra-time and penalty exploits against the Italians.

Juan Mata and Jesus Navas could replace Pedro and David Silva in the La Roja starting lineup, while Fernando Torres is expected to keep his place up front.
