Sports Mole previews Wednesday's Championship clash between Bristol City and Watford at Ashton Gate.

Bristol City welcome in-form Watford to Ashton Gate on Wednesday looking for the three points that could move them out of the relegation zone.

A run of four points from their last three games has moved them off the bottom of the table, but they face a Watford side that have won three of their last five Championship fixtures.

Saturday's victory over Nottingham Forest moved Watford into fifth spot in the table, but there are just five points between 12th and fifth in the Championship table.

The two sides have already met this season at Vicarage Road and the points were shared in a 2-2 draw. The same scoreline also transpired in November 2011.

The home side could name the same team that drew with Ipswich Town at the weekend, although Sam Baldock is pushing for an inclusion alongside Jonathan Stead in attack.

Watford, meanwhile, will continue with Matej Vydra after his two goals against Nottingham Forest. However, Leo Beleck could also start in attack.

Recent form:

Bristol City: LLWLD

Watford: WWLDW

Possible lineups:

Bristol City: Heaton; Foster, Fontaine, Cunningham, McManus; Skuse, Bates, Anderson; Adomah, Stead, Baldock

Watford: Almunia; Hall, Cassetti, Hoban, Chalobah, Ekstrand; Hogg, Pudil, Abdi; Vydra, Beleck

Sports Mole says: 1-1
