Burnley boss Sean Dyche has revealed that he is not prepared to put any timescale on the return of winger Robbie Brady.
During last weekend's 1-0 defeat to Leicester City, Brady suffered a serious knee injury which has led to the Republic of Ireland international undergoing surgery.
Brady faces an uphill task to return before the end of the season, but Dyche has refused to suggest how long it may take for the wideman to come off the sidelines.
The 46-year-old told reporters: "He's had an operation on Wednesday to repair a patella tendon. The surgeon was very happy.
"It always amazes me. Nowadays, they get through these operations and straight away they're wandering around the training ground. Any timescale at the moment would be too general."
Brady has started in each of Burnley's 15 top-flight fixtures this season.
