Head coach Thomas Tuchel reportedly irritated many members of his Chelsea squad by cancelling a planned day off on Sunday.
On Saturday afternoon, Tuchel witnessed the Blues give up a two-goal lead against Wolverhampton Wanderers, their opponents claiming a 2-2 draw with an equaliser in the seventh minute of added-on time.
The German has consistently pointed to his squad's relentless schedule - their current total of games having now reached 59 - as a reason for their inconsistency.
However, despite concerns over fatigue, The Sun says that the Chelsea squad were told to attend the training ground on Sunday following their latest Stamford Bridge capitulation.
The report claims that members of the senior group were annoyed to have a planned day off cancelled at short notice, particularly with a trip to Leeds United to come on Wednesday and the FA Cup against Liverpool being played three days later.
Chelsea require four points from their remaining three Premier League fixtures against Leeds, Leicester City and Watford to qualify for next season's Champions League.
