Mauricio Pochettino not worried about slump

Southampton boss Mauricio Pochettino is not concerned about his side's recent slump in form following their 3-0 defeat at the hands of Chelsea.

Southampton boss Mauricio Pochettino has revealed that he is not worried about his side's recent slump in form following their 3-0 loss to Chelsea.

The Saints fell to their third defeat in four games as Fernando Torres, Willian and Oscar all found the net to hand the Blues victory at St Mary's Stadium.

Pochettino told BBC Sport: "We have been on a negative run facing some of the top sides in the league. Overall we deserved more from those games but results haven't come our way and we need to keep looking forward.

"But we are not worried. The mentality and will of the team is strong and we are sure the results will come our way."

Southampton are ninth in the Premier League following their defeat to Chelsea.
