Branislav Ivanovic "so happy" at Chelsea

Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic insists that he is "so happy" at the club, despite being in the final year of his contract at Stamford Bridge.

Branislav Ivanovic has insisted that he is "so happy" at Chelsea, despite being linked with a move away from the Premier League champions.

The defender is in the final season of his current contract at Stamford Bridge, with Inter Milan among those thought to be keen on signing the 31-year-old.

"Honestly, I am so happy. I am trying to do my best. I know I didn't start the season well, but I am back," the Daily Star quotes the Serbia international as saying.

"I hope the result will be good for the team. In that case, I will be good as well. I hope and I think we will have time to speak about my future."

Chelsea face Leicester City in the Premier League tomorrow.
