Chelsea are yet to enter negotiations with Juventus for winger Federico Chiesa, according to a report.
The 24-year-old is nearly 18 months through his two-year loan spell with the Serie A giants from Fiorentina, and the Turin-based outfit have an obligation to sign him permanently next summer.
Even though Juve are set to spend around €60m (£51m) on Chiesa, the Italy international has been linked with a move away, with Chelsea believed to have expressed their interest.
According to football journalist Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea head coach Thomas Tuchel "loves" Chiesa and believes he is "one of the best wingers in the game".
However, Romano has also stated that Juve are not prepared to sell Chiesa next summer and claims that neither the Italian outfit nor the winger's representatives have held talks with the Blues over a potential transfer to Stamford Bridge.
Chiesa, who excelled for Italy at Euro 2020, has made 16 appearances across all competitions so far this season, scoring three goals and providing three assists.
