Chelsea have reportedly been told that they can sign Romelu Lukaku this summer as long as they are prepared to match Inter Milan's nine-figure valuation.
The Belgium international has been in superb form once again for Inter this campaign, bagging his 28th goal of the campaign in Wednesday's 3-1 win over Roma.
That includes a return of 22 goals in Serie A to help Inter to their first Scudetto triumph in 11 years, but the Nerazzurri find themselves in a difficult financial position.
Inter may be forced to offload one or two big-name players in the summer to help with cash flow, while others have been asked to take a pay cut for the 2021-22 campaign.
According to Corriere dello Sport, Lukaku is among those that could make way in the coming months, but only if an interested party is willing to pay around €120m (£103m).
Chelsea have been tipped to move for their former striker, who made 15 appearances during his three years at Stamford Bridge, the majority of that time spent out on loan.
Fellow Premier League side Manchester City are also rumoured to be weighing up a move for Lukaku, despite Pep Guardiola recently ruling out any big-money transfers this summer.
