Crystal Palace have reportedly indicated that they will consider a loan bid from Brentford for Sullay Kaikai.
Manager Roy Hodgson has previously suggested that no players will be allowed to leave the Eagles on a temporary basis due to the size of his first-team squad.
However, according to Sky Sports News, Brentford are keen to bring in the 23-year-old on loan until January before completing a permanent transfer.
Kaikai came off the bench to help Palace beat Swansea City in the EFL Cup on Tuesday night, but the academy graduate has only made 10 first-team outings for the Eagles.
Brentford took Kaikai on loan during the first half of last season, with three goals being netted in 18 appearances in the Championship.
