Roy Hodgson has spoken of his delight at seeing Harry Kane score on his debut for England in their 4-0 victory over Lithuania this evening.
The Tottenham Hotspur striker came off the bench to score the final goal as the Three Lions kept up their unbeaten start to their Euro 2016 qualifying campaign.
"It's fantastic for Harry Kane and we're delighted for him," Hodgson told ITV Sport.
"It's a bit of a fairy-tale but it's nice when fairy-tales come true and it has come true for Harry. He has had a wonderful season and crowned his debut with a well-taken goal."
England's win keeps them six points ahead of Slovenia and Switzerland at the top of Group E.
