Mounir Obbadi scored in the final minute as Hellas Verona claimed a surprise 1-0 victory over Fiorentina in their Serie A match at the Stadio Artemio Franchi this evening.
The visitors came close to taking the lead in the fourth minute when Luca Toni met Leandro Greco's corner, but planted his header straight at the keeper.

Fiorentina then took control of the match and Alessandro Diamanti fired a strike wide of the post, before Andrea Lazzari's long-range attempt deflected over.
Alberto Gilardino was next to threaten when his header from Lazzari's cross was tipped behind by Rafael.
The Viola continued to dominate and Alberto Aquilani had the last chance of the first half when he headed over the bar.
Aquilani threatened again early in the second half with a powerful strike that narrowly missed the target, before Lazzari lashed wide when well placed inside the box.
Fiorentina were then awarded a penalty after Rafael came rushing off his line and brought down Gilardino.
Diamanti stepped up to take the spot kick, but Rafael made up for his mistake by diving to his left and pushing the ball wide.
Moments later Fiorentina were fortunate not to go down to 10 men, as Aleandro Rosi hauled down Toni but was only shown a yellow card, despite appearing to be the last man.
Verona were furious with the decision, but they almost managed to break the deadlock when Greco was set up by Toni on the edge of the box and saw his strike deflect just wide of the far post.
However, Verona did manage to stun their opponents in the final minute, as Lazaros Christodoulopoulos's shot was spilled by Neto and Obbadi arrived to fire in the rebound to give his team the three points.
