Team News: Wholesale changes for Fiorentina against Cesena

Fiorentina make six changes to their starting lineup as they welcome Cesena to the Stadio Artemio Franchi.

Fiorentina manager Vincenzo Montella has made six changes to his side for this afternoon's Serie A match against Cesena.

Juan Vargas, Nenad Tomovic, Jasmin Kurtic, Borja Valero, Josip Ilicic and Alberto Gilardino all start following their 3-2 defeat at Juventus in midweek.

Mohamed Salah keeps his place up front, while Mario Gomez is named on the bench ahead of their Europa League tie with Sevilla on Thursday evening.

Meanwhile, Gregoire Defrel leads the line for Cesena, who are without a win in their previous eight league games.
