Andrea Stramaccioni says that Napoli deserved to beat his Inter Milan team at the Stadio San Paolo last night.

Inter Milan manager Andrea Stramaccioni has admitted that Napoli deserved their victory at the Stadio San Paolo.

Edinson Cavani's hat-trick sealed a 3-0 win for the Partenopei, which puts them another step closer to their goal of finishing second in Serie A.

"Napoli deserve second place and certainly deserved the victory," Football Italia quotes Stramaccioni as saying.

"Edinson Cavani was fantastic, but Inter played open football until we went 3-1 down and had a little bad luck.

"It's a shame, as we had several chances and couldn't add to our tally."

The Nerazzurri take on Lazio at the San Siro on Wednesday.
