Leeds United defender Tom Lees will sit the next two weeks out with an eye injury.

Leeds United boss Neil Warnock has admitted that young defender Tom Lees could be out of action for the next two weeks with an eye injury.

The 21-year-old picked up the knock in the draw with Brighton & Hove Albion on Friday and it is understood that he saw a specialist on Monday.

"It's looking like we'll be without Tom for a couple of weeks at least. He caught a finger in the eye and suffered with his vision, and it will take a couple of weeks for it to heal properly," Warnock told Sky Sports News.

Lees has made 17 appearances for the club this season.
