Preview: Leeds United vs. Reading

Sports Mole previews Tuesday night's Championship match at Elland Road as Darko Milanic takes charge of his first home game with Leeds United against Reading.

Darko Milanic takes charge of his first home match since becoming Leeds United boss on Wednesday night, with Reading the visitors to Elland Road.

The Slovenian's reign in charge of Leeds began with a scoreless defeat on Saturday as Brentford came out on top 2-0 at Griffin Park.

That loss ended a four-game unbeaten run that Leeds had achieved under caretaker boss Neil Redfearn, and Milanic will be desperate to get his first points on the board.

Gaetano Berardi will serve the second of his two-game suspension so Sam Byram should continue at right-back for the hosts.

As for Reading, they go into the game on the back of an enthralling 3-3 draw against Wolverhampton Wanderers on Sunday.

Just a point now separates the Royals and Leeds in mid-table after two games without a win for Nigel Adkins's side, but he could go with the same XI that drew with Wolves.

Glenn Murray is sure to start after netting three goals in four games since his switch from Crystal Palace.

Reading have won their last four matches against Leeds, beating them 4-2 in the last meeting at Elland Road in March.
