Claudio Ranieri bemoans "terrible" run-in

Claudio Ranieri insists that his Leicester City side have five "terrible" games to come as they look to wrap up the Premier League title.

Leicester City manager Claudio Ranieri has claimed that his side face a "terrible" final run of fixtures as they go in search of a historic Premier League title.

The Foxes hold a seven-point lead over nearest challengers Tottenham Hotspur and need just three wins from their final five games to ensure that they take the title.

That run includes three home fixtures - against West Ham United, Swansea City and Everton - as well as a trip to Manchester United and a visit to current champions Chelsea in a potentially poetic final-day encounter.

"It's not done yet," Ranieri told reporters. "We are in the Champions League - at least, in the preliminary round of the Champions League.

"But the last five tests will be terrible. Tottenham didn't give up and we have to stay focused."

Leicester could wrap up the title in the next 10 days if Spurs drop points in their encounters with Stoke City or West Bromwich Albion.
