Divock Origi: 'Liverpool can win Premier League title'

Liverpool forward Divock Origi says that the Merseysiders should be aiming to finish top of the Premier League next season.

Divock Origi believes that Liverpool should be looking to win the Premier League next season.

The 20-year-old forward signed for the Reds last summer but was loaned back to Lille for the entire 2014-15 campaign.

Origi says that he is looking forward to finally being part of the first team at Anfield.

"I think Liverpool is a wonderful club that deserves to be at the top and to be honest, with the players they have, with the quality they have, then they should be finishing at the top of the league," the Belgian international told ESPN.

"I'm very happy to be going there. Brendan Rodgers is a very good coach and he has proved that, so it will be very exciting to work with a world-class coach.

"It's always nice to play with good players. The important thing is that I work hard and then I think everything will be okay."

Origi netted eight goals in 33 Ligue 1 games for Lille last term.
