Crystal Palace boss Tony Pulis to pick strongest side against Liverpool

Crystal Palace boss Tony Pulis insists that he will select the strongest team possible when Liverpool visit Selhurst Park on Monday.

Crystal Palace manager Tony Pulis has insisted that he will pick the strongest team possible when they host Premier League leaders Liverpool on Monday evening.

Manchester City moved to within three points of Liverpool with a game in hand when they won 2-0 against Pulis's men at Selhurst Park on Sunday.

It has been suggested that the Eagles boss will experiment with his side now that their Premier League status is secured, but Pulis has said that he will not make changes with so much left to play for in the title race.

"I think it's my responsibility to pick the strongest team, and the team that's done the best," FourFourTwo quotes Pulis as saying.

"If I make too many changes for the Liverpool game I think that might cause some problems.

"Having said that I see Jose made a lot of changes and won at Liverpool, so maybe I'll ring him and ask him "what's the best way to go?"

Palace sit 11th in the table with two games of the season remaining.
