Ian Wright suggests that Bayern Munich will move for Liverpool star Roberto Firmino if they lose Robert Lewandowski this summer.

Former Arsenal striker Ian Wright has claimed that Bayern Munich will turn their attention to Liverpool forward Roberto Firmino if they lose Robert Lewandowski this summer.

The Poland international has been linked to Real Madrid numerous times over the past few seasons, and the rumours have emerged again ahead of the summer transfer window.

Wright believes that the German giants will consider a swoop for Firmino, who has been in fine form for Jurgen Klopp at Anfield having netted 23 goals so far this season.

"They are talking about Lewandowski to Real Madrid. If that happens Bayern want Bobby Firmino," Wright told Sky Sports News. "Firmino is an excellent nine and a half. He is unbelievable."

Firmino and teammate Mohamed Salah have a combined goal haul of 59 in all competitions this season.
