Barcelona winger Ousmane Dembele has reportedly emerged as a potential transfer target for Liverpool.
Despite being linked with Timo Werner since the turn of the year, it has been widely claimed that the Premier League leaders will not move for the RB Leipzig forward later in 2020.
However, with several departures expected, Jurgen Klopp is expected to attempt to bring in at least one fresh face during the next transfer window.
According to 90 min, that could lead to an approach for Dembele, who has been made available by Barcelona after a mixed spell at Camp Nou.
Although the France international has contributed 19 goals and 17 assists from 74 appearances, the 23-year-old has spent a considerable amount of time on the sidelines due to injury.
While Barcelona would prefer to cash in on Dembele, club officials may be open to a loan agreement with the obligation to complete a permanent transfer in 2021.
