Quique Setien 'dreams of bringing Fabian Ruiz to Barcelona'

Barcelona boss Quique Setien dreams of bringing Napoli midfielder Fabian Ruiz to Camp Nou this summer, according to a report.

Barcelona boss Quique Setien is reportedly 'dreaming' of signing Napoli midfielder Fabian Ruiz.

The 23-year-old is widely expected to leave his Italian club this summer, with a number of clubs believed to be in the hunt.

Manchester City and Liverpool have both been credited with an interest in the Spain international, while Ruiz's agent Alvaro Torres has claimed that Real Madrid are in the running.

Barca have also been consistently linked with the midfielder, though, and according to AS, Setien dreams of bringing him to Camp Nou during this summer's transfer window.

Ruiz has contributed three goals and two assists in 32 appearances at club level this term.

There is no release clause in the Spaniard's contract in Naples, though, and his current deal still has more than three years left to run.
