Barcelona are reportedly prepared to make a bid of £50m for Napoli midfielder Fabian Ruiz at the end of the season.

Barcelona are reportedly ready to launch a big-money approach for Napoli midfielder Fabian Ruiz.

Since leaving Real Betis for Naples in 2018, Ruiz has contributed 10 goals from 71 appearances in all competitions, establishing himself as a key part of the first-team squad.

However, his impressive form has naturally led to speculation regarding a potential return to Spain with Barca and Real Madrid continually linked with his signature.

According to Calciomercato, the former are prepared to tempt Napoli into a sale during the summer transfer window.

The report claims that the Catalan giants are willing to part with £58m for the 23-year-old, who still has over three years remaining on his contract.

Napoli may contemplate cashing in on the playmaker if they do not qualify for next season's Champions League.
