Lyon coach Remi Garde has urged his players to put their loss to Paris Saint-Germain behind them.
The former French champions suffered a 4-0 defeat to PSG at Parc des Princes at the weekend and will host Toulouse on Thursday.
"We need to move on because this is a busy spell for us," Ligue1.com quotes him as saying. "A defeat is never insignificant, and the size of the scoreline is a reminder of the gap between us and PSG. It is difficult to compete with them and we didn't play them at a good time.
"I said that the most important match of last week was the one against Betis (the 1-0 victory in the Europa League). Now the games that are coming up are important for us in terms of the league.
"The defeat against Paris must not leave a mark. It just showed us that we have work to do. We need to look to the good run of form we were on before going to Paris."
Garde added that he wants his side to try to win their next two league matches.
"If we can take four points from the next two matches it would be good," he said. "Of course, I won't be disappointed if we take six.
"If we get points against Toulouse we can climb the table. We need to get the win. We have shown that we can handle the pressure when we have been up against it before.
"Toulouse are a difficult side to play against. They are well organised and only attack on the counter."
Lyon are currently 13th in the league table with 19 points from 15 matches.
