Borussia Dortmund attacker Jadon Sancho will reportedly be absent for his side's Champions League quarter-final first leg against Manchester City on Tuesday.
The 21-year-old has been on the sidelines for the last month due to a muscular problem but had been tipped to be available for the clash at the Etihad Stadium.
Sancho has again been in impressive form for BVB this season, scoring 12 times and registering 16 assists in 31 appearances in all competitions for the German giants.
However, according to the Daily Mail, the England international is not expected to be available for the first leg of the last-eight tie against his former club.
Sancho represented Man City between 2015 and 2017 but never made a first-team appearance for the Citizens and ultimately rejected the chance to sign a new contract in favour of a move to Germany.
The attacker was widely linked with Manchester United during last summer's transfer window, but the Red Devils were not prepared to meet Dortmund's asking price, which was thought to be in the region of £107m.
