Mousa Dembele "not scared" of Manchester United

Mousa Dembele says that Tottenham Hotspur 'are not scared' of Manchester United ahead of their trip to Old Trafford.

Mousa Dembele has insisted that Tottenham Hotspur will head into Wednesday's Premier League clash with Manchester United full of confidence.

Spurs have won just once at Old Trafford since 1989, although that victory came courtesy of a 3-2 success in Manchester last season.

"We have a different team to last year, so it's difficult to think about that game. They will be motivated against us, but we're not scared to play there and surprise everyone," he told reporters at a press conference.

"They are a top team. We have a lot of respect for them but not too much. We are a good team and we have to play our own game, and we can do something.

"My memories of Old Trafford are quite good. With Fulham we played well and with Tottenham we won last year, so I'm not scared to go there. I have a lot of respect for them but we can do something there."

Spurs currently sit seventh in the table on 34 points, while United are sixth.
